PermaShell is a Canadian digital news and lifestyle publication providing original editorial content about Canadian nature, culture, history, health, technology and society. We offer both free and paid (Premium) access tiers. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access to all published content; free users have access to a limited selection of articles per month.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

PermaShell offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — Limited access to selected articles. No payment required.
• Premium Monthly — CA$9.99 per month. Full access to all content.
• Premium Annual — CA$99.00 per year (equivalent to CA$8.25 per month). Full access to all content.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where required.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@permashell.com or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on PermaShell — including articles, photographs, graphics, logos and design elements — is the intellectual property of PermaShell Media Inc. or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our Service without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

You are permitted to share individual articles via social media or email using the share functions provided on our website, provided you do not alter the content and include appropriate attribution to PermaShell.

6. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to collect content from the Service without our written permission
